I'm not able to see the statuses of the tickets in which it is currently in irrespective of the column they are. It used to be easy in the company-managed project. But this is not visible in the Team Managed Project. Kindly let me know how to customize the cards in the Active Sprint to see the current status of the tickets.
hi @Sairam.Vijayakumar , I may be misunderstanding your question but I am able to see the issue status in my TMP backlog.
Thank you @Jack BrickeySimilarly, can we see the status of the tickets in the "Board" of the Active sprint in Team managed project?

in TMP projects, the columns of the sprint, or can band board equate to the statuses. So yes, you will see the statuses on the board

I’m not sure what you mean. When you create a project in TMP, it automatically creates a board. You can add additional statuses by using the + on the board if desired, or just use the current default, which is to do in progress and done. If you haven’t worked with TMP projects, I recommend going to the Atlassian support site and look up the documentation. if you have a specific question, please do let me know and I will try to answer.

@Jack Brickey You can't rely on this if you have multiple statuses mapped to the same column, right? Is there a way of showing the status on each item in this case?

While in a CMP project you can configure the card layout, this feature is not available in TMP. See this open request - JSWCLOUD-17336
