Hi,
Currently the Issue History sections display each change and how long ago was the made.
Is there anyway to see the exact date the change was made instead of how long ago?

You can mouse-over to get the hover to show you the date, or setup absolute dates as detailed in https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/174907.
