How to search issues from different jira to our current jira

Hi All,

I really appreciate if anyone assist me on this 

I am an administrator of Two different Jira's (one is server hosted and another one is On-demand) I have created application links between this two instances. 

I am trying to search issues from my server hosted application Jira When I am login to my Jira server hosting environment I want to search issues of On-demand Instance how I can see the details of issues from  On-demand Instances without going to On-demand environment.

these instance can be made connected using add ons like connect all and then the solution can be obtained to make all issues available and hence searchable.

They're separate systems, so you will need to find or write a "federated search" system that can search across multiple systems.  I'm not aware of any add-ons that do that well at the moment.
