I'm trying to run a report for the time spent in a certain custom status on my instance. This is a regular software project so I can't use the SLA option that Jira has for service desk project.
For example I have a status titled " awaiting assets" and I would like to know how long are tickets in this particular status.
@Jeremy Price, take a look at this add on: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.obss.plugin.time .
It should to the trick as Jira only offers an average time in status and it but clunky to use.
