I have already opend the ticket CA-2966937 but nothing happens with it.
Is there any way to get a quicker response?
My whole company is blocked at the moment because of our missed payment.

Have you gotten a response in your ticket in the hours since you opened your Question here in the community?
We are a community of users of the Atlassian products, so we don't have access to see your ticket or access your site.
How did the unsubscribe happen? Did an Administrator manually cancel the subscription to the product? Did that happen recently?
There are grace periods when a product is unsubscribed. Until the date of your next billing cycle (after cancelling the subscription) the site and product remains accessible. 15 days after that the product is deactivated and becomes inaccessible. After that date the data is held for a period of time (varies by plan) by Atlassian in case it needs to be reactivated. After that, the data is permanently deleted.
If you have not passed the end of your billing cycle since the cancellation was submitted then you can cancel the cancellation, as per the documentation here:

The unsubscribe happened because we missed a payment. I just tried to get into touch with someone from atlassian, because this was a real pain for us.
