How to reset a resolution to unresolved for existing issues without modifying the existing workflow or transition?

Hi Ashwin Kupatkar

I assume that you want to do this infrequently and for a subset of issues. In this instance you can use the bulk edit option from Issue Navigator to clear the resolution of any issues you select.

 

Note for those on server version to do this the global permission for bulk editing will need to be set to allow.

 

Hope this helps if not please provide more details on the scenario you are trying to address with modifying the resolution.
