We are currently using the downloaded version of jira. How one would go about reporting on tickets that have been passed back from the status of "Under Quality Review" to "In Progress"?
Try this JQL:
status changed from "Under Quality Review" to "In Progress"
You can include AFTER/BEFORE and BY clauses to further limit the results.
