I'm having trouble with my customer notification emails. I have edited the template so that "Support Hub, powered by JIRA Service Desk" is removed from the template but for some reason it still appears. I have the mail handler feature enabled so don't know if this plays a factor?
I tried the custom automation rule option also to see if this changes the way the template is delivered but no luck as the message still appears in the confirmation emails.
I'm on a Jira version 7.3.6 and it's server based.
Any help or suggestions?
