How to relate subtask template to parent field

Hello All

We are using the Quick Subtasks for Jira and I would like to create a subtask template that automatically creates a relationship between the subtask and its associated user story and the Epic this user story is assigned to. Creating a relationship for the subtask itself works but I only if I specify the item with its full name in the template. I would however like to relate it to an item that is referenced in the parent story of the subtask. Is this possible?
