I am the admin of JIRA in the company and have never made any backup yet.
We dont have a JIRA Agile on Cloud but installed it on our local server.
I just found one project missiong and suspect that a certain project admin has deleted it accidentally.
Is there any solution for recovering this project to its last status?
By the way, how to activate the automatic back up in JIRA Agile on premise?
Thank you very much!
best regards
Sam
Unfortunately, whats deleted on JIRA is deleted for ever. There is no way to recover it.
Going forward, You have two options to setup a backup
If one of these is set up you can recover to a point of the last taken backup.
Hope this helps.

First of all look to the folder JIRA_HOME\Atlassian\Application Data\JIRA\export
Here buckup are store by default. May be you are lucky.
