Our Jira is integrated previously with Active Directory but we will using Azure AD moving forward.
Is there a way that I can reassign existing tickets from the old user (LDAP) to the new user (Azure AD).
The credentials in LDAP is Username: hpotter and Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
In Azure AD it is now Username: email@example.com and the email is still the same firstname.lastname@example.org
What I want to do is to assign the existing tickets assigned to the old user "hpotter" to his new user "email@example.com".
