Our Jira is integrated previously with Active Directory but we will using Azure AD moving forward.
Is there a way that I can reassign existing tickets from the old user (LDAP) to the new user (Azure AD).
For example:
The credentials in LDAP is Username: hpotter and Email: hpotter@email.com
In Azure AD it is now Username: hpotter@email.com and the email is still the same hpotter@email.com
What I want to do is to assign the existing tickets assigned to the old user "hpotter" to his new user "hpotter@email.com".
