How to prevent users creating a new service desk


We are using the Service Desk plugin.

We want to permission it so that only certain users can turn on or create a new service desk.

Is this possible and if so, how?

A way of configuring if would be that only administrators have the power to create new service desks.

Hi @Adam Shield.

The user are internal or external.
If they are JIRA user , you can create a group and put the user that they have permission to create Service desk request on it and add this group to the create issue permission.

which version of service desk are you using and are you using Cloud or Server version ?
