Hi there,

Currently my JIRA board is in default state, as soon I create a story it gets added to the active sprint and displays them under Todo list.

I want to organize my JIRA board stories based on user, which I collapse them all stories belongs to that user should get collapse and expand based on the user.

I tried looking around for this feature or option, but did not get any right resources to get me to that settings, looking forward to hear from you soon.

thanks.

Hi Zkhan, welcome to the Community!

This is already built into Jira. At the top of your board you will see little circle icons with either a picture or the user's initials. If you select one of these, it will filter the board to just that person:

I hope this answers your question!

Why do some people have a circle but others don't?

In this board there are 11 circles showing so I thought perhaps they represent users who currently have issues assigned to them in the board

but you can see that "CR" has an issue assigned to them and that circle does not appear at the top.

Is it related to when the issues were last updated? Perhaps it only shows circles for people with issues that were recently updated. The issue assigned to CR was last updated over a year ago.
