How to open a wiki URL link in a new window?

Using the wiki format, is it possible to have the link open in a new window?  Maybe something like:

[Atlassian|http://www.atlassian.com|blank]

I know the user can hold control or shift to open a new window, but I want the link to do it automatically.

I assume that this is for service desk.  At this point there is no way to do this without the use of plugins.  The following is a very good plugin which includes that option:

Also, there's no option for this in plain JIRA, but there is an issue here:  https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-9380
