How to notify assignees of all issue subtasks, that one of subtask changed ?

Issue has some subtasks, every subtask has an assignee, on any subtask change (edit, comment or transition) in any subtask - all of subtasks assignees receive notification email

How to do this ?

you have to write your own listener and use custom code to send emails.
