How to move a ticket out of agile board

I got the following request from the user, the tickets are close and not able to edit the sprint field. What shall I do as the JIRA admin?

"Could you please help me get the following tickets out of my sprint scope?  They were closed before the sprint started, but I didn’t change the (Jira default) sprint field, and now they are affecting my run down numbers. "

Hi, Jirong.

To edit the Sprint field in the closed issues, please just follow the Allow editing of Closed Issues guide. Please do note though that, as the Sprint is already active, those will count as scope changes.
