We have a Jira Cloud installation that we are having a bit of an issue figuring out how to move/migrate users from a different company to another company within the same Jira instance with a completely different account/email address.
As an example, user@domain.ca (This is their current account) (Sister Company). Now this user has been migrated/reassigned to (Main Company) and due to company requirements will now have a different account on the Main Company (user@domain.com). We would like to migrate all of user@domain.ca's issues, history, time logs etc to his new account called user@domain.com. Is there a way to do this?
