How to migrate from Atlassian Cloud to Internal cloud

David Doughty February 19, 2015

I'm trying to run a system import; basically we have a project on the atlassian cloud, and due to "security" etc we need to move this to our "private" cloud. Unfortunately the version that appears to be in the atlassian cloud is JIRA 6.4-OD-14-082; which is not compatible with my 6.3.15 (which appears to be the latest and greatest I can get at)

From https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/download-eap; I appear to be able to access jira ap6.4-m14

I'm not convinced that this would be a smart move, early access isn't really a PDN version, any suggestions about what would be a better version to use?

Anyone got an idea where to get the version that is being used to host the atlassian cloud? I cant see a download on atlassian site for that version 6.4-OD-14-082 (unlike confluence).

thanks

Actually, there is a link that you need to click if you use 6.3.15. It's not clearly visible in the red box.

You need to setup a new 6.3.15 and during the setup wizard, you'll hit into the error message and the link above.
