Hi Lamy,

To do this you can either export the database and reimport it into the new version using your DBA tools or you can export your data into XML format, shutdown your JIRA, connect it to the new database and import your data again. These procedures are both described in mroe detail in this document: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Switching+Databases
