How to merge two accounts at my.atlassian.com and have all server ID listed under the single account?

During evaluation period we used two accounts at my.atlassian.com. Now we need to merge these accounts, purchase license for one server and use another server one for a development environment.

Is there a possibility to merge two accounts into a single one? Or to migrate a server ID from one account to another one?
