How do we make a JIRA Service Desk open to anyone so that they don't need to login first?

Hi John,

You can enable JIRA Service Desk to public signup, so customers can create their own account.

As an alternative, you can make changes to your project permissions and grant anyone access to the issues.

Is there anyway to allow them access without creating an account at all?
