How to make cloned/lined issues mirror behavior? Ex: Changes done to one issue will be reflected in the other

I have a bunch of issues cloned onto another project and I want changes made/work done/etc on the original tickets to be reflected in the cloned/linked tickets as well.

You'll need to write some code for that.  

Although, I'd recommend a look at your process and not cloning them in the first place - your users really ought to be working in the same place - "mirroring" is usually an indication that your processes are a bit broken.  Cloning really isn't for this!
