How to make Linked Issues mandatory

Did make Linked Issues field mandatory in field configurations, however it's not working. Please let me know, other ways of making Linked Issues field mandatory.

No luck! it creates only custom link fields; Requirement is to make, 'Linked Issue' system field mandatory while creating an issue. Thanks

Hi there,

one way could be ScriptRunner and a scripted validator.
ScriptRunner Plugin is for free and comes with a Field(s) changed validator. (set linked fields and the user must set it in the transition)
On the other hand you can script your own validator, like if linked fields is empty validator = false ... or so.

Thanks Simon, tried with Script Runner/Behavior; Not working out.

Simple Script validator will do.
