How to list all projects that a user is a Project Administrator

give a username, list all projects which this user is been assigned as project admin.

Hi Qi,

If you're looking for a query you can run and export to excel or something such as that you can take a look at How to get a list of users assigned to project roles for your project and make the necessary modifications to the SQL to get the information you need.

If you are an administrator, you can acccess to the user details in the site administration and select  "View Jira project roles"

I have to click each project to view the project admin list.

I looking for by entry username then list all the project that this user is assign as project admin.

No.

First, you must be in the site admin group.

Go to User mangement (unser site administration)

Select the user you wuant

Select View Jira project roles

You will in the same page the all the roles for all projects the user has access.
