How to link a Service Desk to a specific Page of a Confluence Space

I need to link a Service Desk to a specific page of a Confluence Space and not to let the other pages of the space visible. Is it Possible and how?

Hi @Davide Paleari , when we define the labels , they are specified for each issue type. ( Request type )

When you search at the Common portal , it is global search. They both are different.

 

You can restrict the audience at confluence from viewing, if it helps.

Hi RPandyaram, thanks for your feedabck, but I tried to restrict the searches by defining labels, but it only applies to the suggestions that appear while typing the request summary. The restriction by defining labels do not apply in the main portal page'search.

Under agent portal, you have to select settings tab.

Here you can add the knowledge base link and also you can restrict the searches by defining labels.
