How to link Bitbucket's issue to JIRA?

Hi everyone,

I enabled Issue tracker in Bitbucket. I linked Bitbucket to JIRA, and JIRA to Bitbucket.

Can I track the issues (created via issue tracker in Bitbucket) in JIRA? If user create issue (via Bitbucket), I want to track it in JIRA, or assign to developer?

Is it possible or I have to copy new issue in JIRA manualy?

Hi KW,

It's currently not possible to mirror Bitbucket issues between Bitbucket and JIRA. So any issues you created in Bitbucket will not have any reference in JIRA, or the other way around. You'd indeed have to copy issues manually.

You could use the JIRA Issue Collector in combination with a Bitbucket Website to create a public way for people to report issues in your instance.
