Hi there,

with JIRA 6.4 the CSV-Import could be done by "normal" users instead of Jira-Administrators.

I had in mind that there is a possibility to limit the number of imported issues or to completly disable that for users. That was a configuration within the jira-configuration.properties.

But I can't find the related documentation or the correct key.

Can someone find the correct Link or Key?

Kind regards
André

If you have the Create Issue project permission and the Bulk Change global permission for the relevant projects, you can create issues in bulk using a comma-separated value (CSV) file.

I think overall, this is the issue you are looking for (https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/JIM-1414).
