I use the Jira Service Desk, I have an analyst who attends only certain services, I need that in the queue of this analyst only the calls attributed to him appear.
Queues display only what you configured them to display. If you only wand issues assigned to say Fred then incorporate that into the JQL that defines the queue, e.g.
assignee = Fred
