How to know the breach date of an issue?

Nuno Ferreira March 18, 2016

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Reporting on SLAs

Hi all!

We need to know the breach date of an issue.

Our customers are requesting us to report on the number of issues that are breached, by breach date.

Anyone with such a problem/any solution?

Thanks in advance,

Nuno

First, how do you classify an issue if it's breached?

Hi Gabrielle,

As "breached", regardless of state. We're only allowed a few issues to be breached per month.

I want to have a report that shows me the issues that have been breached by month, regardless of their currrent state. This way I can report to my customers if I've met the monthly goal.

Thanks,

Nuno

Hi Gabrielle!

Thanks for pointing this out.

The problem with this approach is that I don't get to have a history on the results.

I get the report and can file it, but today, how can I use JIRA to know the breached issues from last monht (without going back to the filed report)?

Thanks,

Nuno
