We have JIRA and Confluence running on separate servers. We are looking at adding JIRA Service Desk. Can anyone point me to a doc that tells about integration features for Service Desk with other Atlassian products?
JIRA Service Desk sits on top of JIRA. So the JIRA devs and agents will be able to make use of all the integrations of JIRA with other products.
For Service Desk customers, Confluence Knowledge Base is probably the only "visible" integration available to them.
