currently we're using op manager for monitoring the devices in our environment and usin jira for ticket management.
We would like to have automatically opened ticket for the alarms which are shown in op manager . Any advices about this matter would be appreacited . Regards.
I'm not aware of anything on the Atlassian side that does any integration, so it may be worth checking the docs for opmanager to see if it has anything.
If not, then I'd be looking at getting opmanager to simply push data into JIRA over the REST interface when events occur.
