How to import jira backup when theres 0x3 error?

I`m trying to import data from file to JIRA server and when i want to do this i get this error: "

  • There was an error parsing the entities.xml file: An invalid XML character (Unicode: 0x3) was found in the CDATA section."

I`ve tried to use Atlassian .jar file to remove these errors but i can`t get any results.

You'll need to clean the data.  What's going wrong with the "altassian .jar" method?  Can you confirm that you mean the Atlassian cleaner function?  Have you checked what it's been doing with a "diff" between input and output?
