How to import Project from an instance to another Instance

I need to import a project (all data with comments, attachments etc.) to another instance.

The Target instance have many projects so restore option might not be a good idea.

What are my options since I want all data from source (including Comments & Attachements)?

There is an option to import a single project from the full XML backup file
