Would like to use some form of VIP customer attribute to see readily in a report or on a dashboard an outstanding issue with a VIP customer.
Need to also create someform of a notification if customer emails to service desk this is a VIP customer or non-VIP customer.
Is it possible to see all current information in any JIRA application for a specific customer

How about giving a special queue to your VIP customers based on the attribute you set before? You could also try to flag the issue automatically or do something similar.
