How to hide the Create Button when you click on a Service Desk request type?

Hello.

We need to hide the create buttom when you click on a Service Desk request type from the Customer Portal.

We only need the url "http:/ldjir601.igru....."

Please, any ideas on how to achieve this?

There is a work around for this.

Since Create button cannot be hidden or deleted.

--> Create a Request type as "Task" or whatever is avalaible.

--> Click on Project Settings in the Service Desk Admin

--> Click on Project Automation

--> Create a Rule (as below)

You can also set Transition the issue as Delete. So it will never create a issue.

There doesn't seem to be an option for that, but the trick described here (either with the add-on and/or using javascript) might work in your case:
