How to hide Customer Success reports

We don't pay for service desk and don't want it - but my first 2 reports are dedicated to service desk and do nothing but surface a paywall modalScreen Shot 2017-12-11 at 2.33.07 PM.png

This is a waste, annoyance and generally bad form within a paid product. How can it be removed?
