How to handle Billable and Non billable task for ticket in Jira Service Management

Hey folks,

We are using Jira Service Management (Cloud) we have a business process which we are trying to map in Jira.

1. One ticket is created, all time loged inside this tickets are billable.

2. There are times when we need to make few time logs as non billable.

Is there a way in Jira where we can handle this type of transaction.?

Any suggestions on mapping or app will be highly appreciated.

You could have a look at Tempo Timesheets, which adds a lot of time tracking functionality to Jira's built-in features.
