How to grant someone the rights to send a user reset ?

I want non-site admins to be able to send resets for other users.  Where do I even go to set these rights?

Hi Daniel,

They cannot. It requires access to the Users panel which is only given to users in the site-admins group.

Users can reset their own passwords, however:

• Changing Your Atlassian Cloud Password

In addition, on the login page, you can click Can't log in at the bottom, and anyone can enter the email address of the user and a recovery link will be sent to that address.
