How to give an issue a priority?

I am new, so maybe I am missing something, but I don't see where I can give an Issue a priority. I even created custom priorities and colors, but now i don't know how to set.

The field needs to be available on the screen either assigned to the operation you're trying to use it with (Create, Edit) or the action you're trying to use it with (Resolve Issue, Reopen Issue).

You can also use the "Where is my Field" feature to discover why you can't see some field on a screen - look at the top right corner of the forms for a button called "Were is my field")

Thanks. Since I was not admin, I had a hard time with this. Fixed!
