Check your JIRA Global Permission settings for the JIRA Users permission and above (JIRA Administrators and JIRA System Administrators). Usually (and by default), the group added to the JIRA Users is the 'jira-users' group.

our JIRA application sync with AD , i wan't to know all users jira-ures group + users not in any group also
