How to get issue id and parent id when excel export is performed?

When one of our users exported filter results, he could see issue id and parent id as separate columns in excel sheet and now when he exports again those two columns are gone, jira won't export anymore. He even says that he saw the columns named parent id when he ran the jql filter. He uses it to match subtasks with its parent issue. The user wants subtask to show under parent issue and this is not possible with jira, so he uses excel to filter parent and subtask liked to it.

other question, is there a way to export parent and child tickets in an expand and collapse format in to excel? or some way to report subtask below parent issue?

This is not currently possible in Jira.
