How to get an account for Atlassian OnDemand?

I have found a bug in a plugin that is hosted at Atlassian OnDemand. I am not able to log-in with my Atlassian ID there, and I have found no information how to register for Atlassian OnDemand. When I go to https://www.atlassian.com/ondemand/signup/(Signup for Atlassian OnDemand), I am there registered with my Atlassian ID, and I have the option to buy some products.

So what do you have to do to just create a ticket in a plugin hosted on Atlassian OnDemand? Or is that not possible? Is there a workaround for this?

So if you want to see it for yourself:

  • Go to https://artemis.atlassian.net/browse/CPT
  • I would like to add a ticket there, so I may press "Create" and fill out the form.
  • Finally, when I want to save it, the system tells me that I am not registered.
  • And now?

If you found some defects in atlassian plugins for ondemand - you can create issue there: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AOD

If that is some third party plugin - you should connect to corresponding tracker and create ticket at developer site

1. I see create button - so it is possible to create by anonimous user as I see

2. Try to follow https://artemis.atlassian.net/admin/users/sign-up and register here. This is separate jira of the plugin developer - so your accounts will not work

But that is exactly the question. My example is the following:

How can I add a ticket there? I am not able to register there.

I thought that as well. Repeated it (not logged in), and got the following:

Reporter: Reporter is required

So without being logged in, the reporter will be missing ...

Now, I see that "Create an account" as well. Perhaps I have overlooked it before. Your comment is the real answer, the answer did not helped me.
