How to get a notification email sent to all agents when an issue is assigned to a queue?

Hi Siva,

You'll need to configure the notifications on your instance. Please take a look on this guide.

Just to add a little more, on the Create Issue Event, include a group that contains all your agents. Or use the Roles.
