How to get a consolidated list of bugs from different JIRA instances?

I am looking for a solution that would allow me to get a list of issues opened by me or watched by me on various Jira instances, even if there are not all interconnected or using the same user bases.

Is this possible to implement, how?

JIRA Command Line Interface could be used to create a csv file of jira issues using getIssueList. This can be run multiple times using --append to combine information from multiple JIRAs. If you are a Confluence user, this can shown automatically on a page using the CLI Macro.
