How to finish a task before status done?

Maik Hoppe January 28, 2021

Hi,

I have "Customer Approval" status before "Done" and would like to see all tickets in "Customer Approval" and "Done" in the burn down chart.

Is there any way to configure "Customer Approval" or the transition to "Customer Approval" to set the ticket to "Completed"?

I tried setting "Result" = completed, but that has no effect.

Hi @Maik Hoppe

  Try:

Status in ("completed", "customer approval") order by status

 Cheers

Hi @Vero Rivas ,

thanks for your reply. I can change the condition of the Burndown chart? That will be great, but where can I configure this in Jira?

Some reports in Jira work on the Last Column for your board, rather than a specific status or resolution. Based on this question: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Burndown-on-custom-status/qaq-p/303998

I'd say you need to put your "Customer Approval" Status in the final column of your board which is generating the report
