How to find users using a gadget?

Is there a way to figure out what users are using certain gadgets on their dashboards.  We have some plugins disabled while we are waiting on the developers to help us resolve issues but users still have them assigned.  The Catalina.out is only showing anonymous as the user in the errors this is still producing.

Take a look at database table portalpage and portletconfiguration (join ID and portalpage).
