How to filter out the CRs that there has been none any action since it was created?

I want to filter out the CRs that there has been none any action since it was created, i try to use "Created = Updated", but the format not support to do this, is there any way to do this, please?

Hello, 

You can use Adaptivist Scriptrunner plugin. There is an additional JQL function which will let you do it.

issueFunction in expression("", "updated = created")

Alexey, thanks. But I ony an end user, not JIRA Configuration Manager, I not have jurisdiction to do this. so is there other way?

End-users can use ScriptRunner functions, but you will need an administrator to install it.
