Hi @Ashley Li ,

While JQL autosuggest won't work anymore, you can run the query with 

reporter = %accountID%

To get the ID,

The ID is then shown as the last part of the URL, e.g., .../users/%accountID%.

Hi @Ashley Li ,

JQL can match the User ID for query.

Btw, site administrators can find the user ID of the user in Managed accounts.
