We want to move away from the onDemand to the download version of Jira. How can we get an export of the whole project so that we can import it into our instance ?

OnDemand now has a JIRA and a Confluence exporter, which you can use to generate a backup of your data without needing to wait for Support to do this for you.

Information on the JIRA exporter can be found at

The Confluence exporter has not been officially launched, but you can access it at the following URL:

This importer has not been officially launched yet because the backup process can fail for moderate to large-sized Confluence instances.

Happy to also help you with some other hosting options with install packages - so you still get all the 24x7 IT support and maintenance. So still no headaches - but benefits of plugin extensibility.

Includes also the export migration and new server provisioning.

Atlassian support will export both Jira and Confluence for you if you raise a support request with them.

That will contain everything though - importing the bits you want is up to you (although they will help, as will the community if you have detailed questions)
