How to exclude a subject with certain words

Apologies if this has been submitted by someone else, looking for  a way to exclude certain tickets open with subject *Hiperos* and  others so my dashboard only showing me  Incident that are applicable to my team only.

 

project in (IM, ADV) AND issuetype in (Incident, "Instance Upgrade Failure", "Major Incident") AND status in (Approved, "Cloud Engineering Escalated", "Development Escalated", FTS, "Identified", Incident, Investigating, "L3 Review", Open, "Pending L3 Support Review", Reopened, "SRE L2 Escalated", "SRE L3 Escalated", Triggered, "Waiting for Triage", Watching) ORDER BY created DESC

 

any help really appreciated!
